Wanneer je ’s avonds achter je laptop zit zal je vast wel gemerkt hebben dat het lastig is om daarna in slaap te komen. Dit komt doordat het beeld van je laptop enorm sterk is! Dit zorgt er voor dat je lichaam denkt dat het nog dag is, terwijl je eigenlijk wilt gaan slapen. Ook aan je ogen zal je merken dat het licht erg fel is. Ik merk dat ik nogal rode ogen heb als ik ‘s avonds op m’n laptop heb gewerkt.
